Authentic Journeys builds the skills of your offshore teams or homegrown teams working with US Americans from outside of the USA, predominately in India. We build the [cross-cultural] business acumen, leadership and communication skills of your teams to provide them with the skills to build, manage and grow relationships with stakeholders, colleagues and clients from a different culture. We specialize in team building, leadership, business communication (spoken and written), cross-cultural awareness, and client relationship management programs delivered in an online live facilitator-led classroom.
