APLS Group’s comprehensive Learning Journey Series will increase and enhance an organization’s leadership and communication skills and can be tailored for either Middle Managers or Senior Managers. An experienced facilitator is utilized to provide knowledge nuggets, insights, and application opportunities to increase participants’ effectiveness in influencing and leading others.

The Learning Journey will include a mix of independent work between sessions along with some pre-work before the Kick-off. Below are some specifics of the Kick-off and Putting it all Together segments:
Kick-off – 6 Hour In-Person Course
A six-hour Everything DiSC Management® Profile + Team Building workshop is an ideal program to kick off the Management Learning Journey. This custom course will focus on two areas:
- Exposure to and understanding of the Everything DiSC Management® Profile.
- A Team Building Simulation
Pulling It All Together – 4 - 6 Hour In-Person Course
Pulling It All Together - To enhance the learning from the Management Learning Journey, encourage deeper understanding and facilitate implementation of new skills a four to six -hour Pulling It All Together session will be included as part of this series. Management focused exercises and Team Building activities will be incorporated. Each participant will complete a creative assignment prior to the session that highlights their learning and will come prepared to share with the group.

Course delivery details
We recommend either a nine or six course series to maximize the identified outcomes. The courses can be a variety of two, three, four or six hours in length and can be delivered either in-person or virtually. The number of courses and frequency of delivery can be determined by the client and the price adjusted accordingly. It is a customizable program that allows the organization to include the topics most relevant to their goals and culture.
We recommend the first and last course be delivered in-person so the team can kick-off and wrap up the program together. This will ensure the building of structure and community.
