Engaging Employees in Today’s 8-12 Second World

Gallup defines engaged employees as those who are involved in and enthusiastic about their work and workplace. But most employees are indifferent, sleepwalking through their workday without regard for their performance or their organizations performance. As a result, organizations are being challenged to reach their goals, innovate and profit.
In this highly interactive workshop, participants will learn what behaviors leaders are doing to create or destroy engagement in the workplace. They will also discover practical solutions and gain insights for raising the overall level of performance in their role as leaders of the business.
A variety of methods will be incorporated to accomplish the goals of the session -- large group input, small group discussions and time for self-reflection. Attendees will leave the session with an action plan of what they need to focus on to increase their success as a Leader and provide opportunities to encourage team-building.

- Recognize and explore the current trends of engagement and business innovation in the workplace
- Embrace a new approach of communicating with your team (individually and in groups)
- Practice with some “real world” scenarios
- Create an Action Plan for immediate implementation in the workplace
