Course description
Understanding ISO/IEC 17021-1 is critical to implementing an effective certification program to meet the needs of clients and other interested parties.
This course will assist attendees with understanding the links between requirements of the standard and provide attendees with a more in-depth look at the requirements. Topics covered include the international perspective and ties with other requirements such as IAF mandatory, guidance, and informative documents; ANAB Accreditation Rules; ISO certification standards, and relevant ISO support standards. Exercises throughout the training provide attendees with a diverse learning experience.
