Course description
This overview training is a self-paced, web-based training delivered through Mindflash. This introductory course provides an overview of ISO 17034:2016 requirements, as well as review of the concepts in the associated guides, such as ISO Guide 31 and ISO Guide 35. Additionally, participants will be provided with an overview of how the standard is used in assessing the competence of reference material producers and how the management system requirements support the operations of the reference material producer.
Reference material personnel, including production, laboratory, and management, subcontractors performing measurements for reference material producers, quality assurance managers, regulatory personnel, assessors, internal auditors, laboratory management, consultants.
