Course description
This course will provide attendees with an overview of the requirements of ISO/IEC 17020:2012. Attendees will learn practical concepts such as levels of independence, technical judgement, and the inspection process. Attendees will develop an understanding of the technical systems and issues of inspection bodies and also learn the benefits of accreditation and the role of accreditation bodies.

Course delivery details
ANAB’s Overview of ISO/IEC 17020:2012 course is a self-paced, web-based training delivered through Mindflash. This introductory course provides an overview of ISO/IEC 17020:2012 and details each clause of the standard. Participants will learn about the types of inspection bodies and practical concepts related to inspection bodies. Quizzes are included throughout the training to help measure comprehension.
This training is presented as self-paced, web-based seminar through an online platform, Mindflash. Access information will be provided after we receive the registration payment.
After your payment for the training is processed, you will receive an email message asking for your preferred start date and we will send you access to the training for five calendar days. Once you begin the training, you will be able to open and close the session as often as you like within those five calendar days. The training takes approximately four hours to complete. An attendance certificate will be emailed upon completion.
