Basics of Problem Solving

Training involves the basic skills associated with Problem Solving and Root Cause Analysis.
The half day version has a focus on the fundamentals problem solving with an overview of the basic tools associated with root cause analysis and mistake proofing the solutions. The full day version has additional content on the continuous improvement cycles, root cause failure analysis (RCFA) as well as soft skills such as coaching and leadership.

Who should attend?
This course is designed for Front Line Supervisors who will need to use and coach others on the tools. All those who need to improve their ability to find root causes, either directly on the floor or in the improvement of incident investigations.

- Pareto, Value Added and Waste
