Self-Leadership
Being a self-leader requires accepting responsibility for our actions, selecting our life's path, and having the resources to achieve our objectives successfully. Self-leaders can be found at all levels of a company's organizational structure. They serve as front-line workers in various positions, as middle managers and chief executive officers (CEO). Self-leaders such as Walt Disney and Wayne Gretzky worked extremely hard to achieve their objectives, even though they did not use the phrase "self-leadership." Their accomplishments have demonstrated that they must control their actions, results, attention, practice, and learning to achieve their goals.
Anything is possible when you have self-leadership! People who practice self-leadership take control of their lives and destiny by making empowered decisions and acting on them. It all starts with a determination to choose what you want to do with your life and to put in the effort necessary to attain those objectives. This training goal is for participants to internalize the four pillars of self-leadership: a personal vision and purpose, a set of values, and a set of principles. They will also learn to take critical steps toward achieving their objectives while remaining true to themselves.

Course delivery details
Our courses are designed for groups of five or more participants and are delivered remotely. Each course can be customized by learning objectives and the duration of the course. We strive for a high-quality learning experience in our virtual sessions, so we use a variety of interactive activities, such as group discussions, polls, and breakout sessions. Each session is designed to be engaging and interactive, allowing participants to learn new concepts and skills online. Our virtual workshops require an active internet connection and a web browser with audio/video capabilities to participate in the course.
