Course description
Today’s fast-paced environment demands the need for numerous managers and supervisors to manage a variety of human resources challenges. Some companies may require them to participate in the development of job descriptions, participate in interviews, or assume responsibility for disciplinary actions. They may also be responsible for administering compensation and benefits packages. Managers and supervisors must thus possess a fundamental grasp of human resource principles and how they relate to the entire functioning of the organization. The fundamentals of human resource management will be introduced to participants during this three-day training.
From taking a skills assessment to conducting an interview, this workshop will lead participants through the recruiting process, employee orientation, and concerns that may occur after the hiring process (such as diversity issues, compensation, and discipline).
