Executing In Cross-Functional Environments
Leadership and influencing skills for decision-making.
Designed for high-potential leaders, this program gives participants a space to practice managing high degrees of complexity and communicating across functions in an intensive curriculum that builds their enterprise-thinking and leadership skills.
Executing In Cross-Functional Environments guides participants to understand strategy at the enterprise level and their own leadership strengths while simultaneously giving them new tools to manage complexity within cross-functional teams. Learners will gain tools around strategic planning, cross-functional communication, managing complexity within their business, and enterprise thinking.
In addition to a case study and leadership self-assessment, participants will engage in the Enterprise Challenge simulation, a real-world competitive challenge that places them in the driver’s seat as organizational leaders and allows them to learn from their own actions and mistakes in a safe environment. Participants will gain an understanding of the trade-offs they make as people leaders and practice working through difficult scenarios and situations.
