Abilitie's Becoming An Effective Manager Program builds people management skills through an intensive curriculum that gives participants a real-world environment to practice coaching and communication.
By creating the a learning platform for new managers who need a challenging, real-world environment to flex their people management skills, this program helps high-potential leaders maximize their skills around people management, coaching and feedback, understanding motivators, and building trust.
In addition to case studies, a leadership self-assessment, and accountability groups, learners will participate in the Management Challenge, a simulation featuring interactive role-plays and video-based employee conversations, which gives new managers a hands-on, competitive space to practice coaching and giving feedback to direct reports.
