Having them complete courses online is an enjoyable, productive way to ensure that your team is learning together. Provide plenty of encouragement so they’ll make the most of their studies, and with any luck, they’ll love learning too – especially if it’s from the comfort of their own homes.

A Leader Has to Take Responsibility for Their Actions

If a team member makes a mistake, they may well be reprimanded, but a leader may have to answer for their own mistakes as well as those of their team – and the consequences will likely be more severe. For this reason, it’s vital that a leader is willing to learn and adapt, to ensure that if a problem happens, they’ll be better equipped to handle it.

It’s well-known that education is helpful. There’s a correlation between the act of reading and a decreased risk of Alzheimer’s, for example, but learning helps in everyday life, too.
