The Everything DiSC® Work of Leaders Profile + Team Building workshop as an ideal program to engage a leadership team and facilitate effective team dynamics. This custom course will focus on two areas:
- Exposure to and understanding of the Everything DiSC® Work of Leaders Profile
- A Team Building Simulation

Training content
Everything DiSC® Work of Leaders lays out a clear path for helping leaders at all levels make the connection between their DiSC style and leadership. This all-inclusive classroom and online program approaches leadership as a one-to-many relationship (as opposed to the one-to-one relationship explored in Everything DiSC Management). With one unified model of leadership—vision, alignment, and execution—it focuses on helping leaders understand their own leadership styles and how their tendencies influence their effectiveness in specific leadership situations.
Building upon the DiSC theory, content and experience the participants will focus on practical uses of the material to enhance leadership. Participants will learn to utilize their styles and strengths to accomplish the intended goal of solving problems using a Team Building Simulation. This interactive experiential exercise will culminate the learning to address a challenge outlined in the simulation. Individual and team strengths will be identified as well as opportunities for improvement.
Throughout the simulation our facilitator will be observing the team interactions and provide feedback and insights during the post-simulation debrief. This will assist the leaders in setting goals for how they can interact in the future to increase performance and leadership identity.

- Recognize the priorities and tendencies, based on their own DiSC style, that shape their approach to the fundamental work of leaders: creating a vision, building alignment around that vision, and championing execution of the vision
